李退溪是朝鲜朱子学的大儒,李退溪曾受到朱子学的影响,建立“退溪学”,成为了作为 新儒学作为要有个性的实践哲学再集大成者的思想家.朱熹是中国朱子学一代宗师.朱熹以精细的思想体系在历史上占有重要的地位.其中“理”是在哲学思想的重要的价值体现.并且这种思想成为了影响韩国社会发展的重要理论.
本文从李退溪和朱熹思想产生的时代背景出发,对二者的主要内容进行分析.发现李退溪虽然是朱熹思想的忠实的追随者,但是两者有很多不同之处,例如,两者对“理”的角度与他们最求得目的不同;朱熹和李退溪在思维模式和实现“理”上有不同;两者的“理”思想形成的思想来源和对各自社会的影响不同;等等.因此我们可以得出结论:朱熹思想不是李退溪思想的翻版和.朱熹建立起了“朱子学”,李退溪把“朱子学”继承与发展而使具有了浓厚的韩国特色.
