his标签蛋白就是：六个组氨酸.一般存在于重组蛋白氮端或碳端,便于纯化该重组蛋白,组氨酸可以特异性的结合镍离子,带有组氨酸标签的重组蛋白可以被镍柱吸附,从而达到纯化的目的.也就是在表达载体上面,特别加六个组氨酸的碱基序列,目的就是纯化.
