结果 ：苦瓜蛋白MD28下调ABCA1表达,苦瓜蛋白MD28剂量（0mg/ml、0.4 mg/ml、1.2 mg/ml、3.6 mg/ml、5 mg/ml）和时间（0h、6h、12h、24h、48h）依赖性地上调ABCA1 mRNA 及蛋白的表达水平，以1.2 mg/ml作用12h最为显著。减弱苦瓜蛋白MD28对ABCA1的上调作用，并减少THP-1巨噬细胞源性泡沫细胞胆固醇流出和增加胞内的脂质蓄积。
结论 ：苦瓜蛋白MD28剂量和时间依赖性地上调THP-1巨噬细胞源性泡沫细胞ABCA1 mRNA 及蛋白的表达水平，增强胆固醇流出，减少脂质蓄积
