第一句有问题.去掉had就行了,完全没有必要使用“过去完成时”.一般过去时就可以了.
第二句的意思我能明白,中文意思是：每一次我对她的探望都可能成为我一生的最后一次.比较好的句子应该是：Any of my visits to her now might be the last one in my life.
