近年来,随着经济不断发展,居民生活水平不断提高,医患冲突加剧,在医患冲突总患者作为弱势群体,他们的权利常常受不到保护,引发患者或其家属冲击打砸医院,殴打医务人员恶性事件时有发生,据央视《新闻1+1》报道,根据卫生部统计,2010年全国医闹事件共发生17243起,比五年前多了7000起,严重扰乱了社会正常秩序,因此,对患者的权利加以重视并进行严格的保护有非常中演的意义.
第一章主要是序言部分,序言部分包括课题的意义、目的、主要研究的内容、范围及应解决的问题.第二章阐述了医患关系释义、分析学术界对医患关系的法律界定.第三章讨论患者的权利问题,包括患者权利的内涵,患者权利的分类.第四章分析我国患者权利存在问题,及患者权利保护的实现.

In recent years,with the continuous economic development,constantly improve the living standards of residents,the doctor-patient conflicts,the conflicts between doctors and patients in total patients as vulnerable groups,their rights are oftennot protection,causing shock patients or their families smashed hospital medical staff,beating vicious incidents have occurred,according to CCTV "news 1+1"reports,according to the Ministry of health statistics,in 2010 the national medicalevents occurred in 17243 cases,more than five years ago to 7000,seriously disrupting the normal order of the society,therefore,the patient's right to attention and have very develops significance of strict protection.
The first chapter is the preface,should solve the preface including the meaning of the subject,purpose,the main research contents,scope and problems.The second chapter expounds the doctor-patient relationship definition,analysis academic circles on the legal definition of doctor-patient relationship.The third chapter discusses the connotation with the patients' rights,including the rights of patients,the classification of patients' rights.The fourth chapter analyzes our country patients rights problems,and patients' rights protection.
