随着市场经济的进一步发展,中小企业越来越成为市场中不可忽视的力量,但与此同时,也存在着严重的问题.其中,特别是中小企业融资风险巨大是影响企业生存重要原因之一,因此对于中小企业融资风险的预警于防范应得到广泛的关注.本文从中小企业融资风险预警理论入手,结合企业管理研究中企业生命周期理论,选取资金利用能力、资金清偿能力、资金保值增值能力及财务结构指标,及反映企业现金状况的各项指标,以此构建融资风险预警体系.同时结合案例分析企业的这些敏感性财务指标,便可以对企业的融资风险发挥预警作用；从而及时有效的化解中小企业因融资所带来的风险,避免企业财务遭受重大损失.最后就以上分析,提出了一些防范中小企业融资风险的对策.

With the further development of market economy,small and medium-sized market has increasingly become the power that can not be ignored,but at the same time,there are serious problems.Among them,the financing issues,particularly the risk of financing small and medium-sized enterprises that affect the survival of the great one of the important reasons,so the risk of financing for small and medium enterprises in the prevention of early warning should be given extensive attention.In this paper,the risk of financing small and medium-sized start early theory,combined with study of business management enterprise life-cycle theory,the use of the ability to select funds,funds liquidity,hedge funds and value-added indicators of financial structure,and reflect the cash position of the indicators,as Construction Financing risk of early-warning system.Business case analysis combined with the sensitivity of these financial indicators,they can risk on the financing of enterprises to play a role in early warning; of resolve in a timely and efficient financing of small and medium-sized due to the risks arising from corporate finance to avoid heavy losses.Finally,on the above analysis,made a number of precautionary measures the risk of SME financing.
