这是虚拟语气吗，与将来的事实相反，用were to,if引导的条件从句如果有were可以去掉if，倒装，但他说是要在句首才可以，是这样吗

这里后半句是虚拟语气的表达,were we to…是if we were to…的另一种简便表达.由于这里是虚拟将来,所以用be were to,还有两种虚拟将来的表达方式是：should do/did.放在这里即可以表达为if we worked another hour/if we should work another hour.
