边防检查人员心理压力与调节策略研究
摘 要
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,心理压力问题逐渐得到人们的普遍重视.边防检查人员面临着日益聚重的工作任务,需要承受的心理压力越来越大,这不仅影响到边防检查人员的身心健康,而且还影响到正常的教育、管理、工作和生活.因此,如何调节边防检查人员的心理压力,已成为公安边防队伍建设中的一个极需解决的问题.2006年5月25日,公安边防部队召开的首次心理工作会议要求各级边防检查站积极开展心理疏导工作,保持官兵心理健康.本文主要就边防检查人员的心理压力含义及其表现,心理压力成因与影响,以及心理压力调节策略这三部分展开研究.该课题的研究,可以提高边防检查人员对心理工作必要性的认识,引发对公安边防部队现存心理压力问题的思考,也对新时期边防检查人员更好地履行出入境管理职能和提高执法水平具有一定的指导意义.

Border officials and the regulation strategy of psychological stress
Abstract
With economic development and social progress,the problem of psychological pressure gradually to popular attention.Poly border officials face increasingly heavy task,requires more and more mental pressure,which affects not only the health of border control personnel,but also affected the normal education,management,work and life.Therefore,how to adjust the psychological pressure on border control officers,border police ranks has become a great problem to be solved.May 25,2006,the border public security work conference held for the first time psychological active in the border check points at all levels of psychological counseling service,to maintain their psychological health.In this paper,the psychological pressure on the meaning of border officials in their performance,the causes and effects of psychological stress and psychological pressure regulators start of the three-part strategy.The research projects can improve the border control staff awareness of the need for psychological work,cause stress on the border public security problems of the existing,but also in the new period of border officials to better perform immigration law enforcement functions and to improve the level of a some guidance.
