再答： Dormitory usually can be regarded as an essential part of academic culture in China. As a micro-community, to maintain a positive dormitory interpersonal quality is challenged since it is almost impossible to avoid conflict of personalities and emotions over a long period of time. Generally, the personal relations may be affected by gender and subjects difference. Besides, sense of loneliness and social support of mental health have varied influence on different groups. Once there are the relationship within accommodation deteriorate, which may caused by some tiny little things not worth mentioning, the connection between friends, the efficiency of learning, even the normal school life can be injured. In order to reduce the negative impact on dormitory interpersonal, the priority is every member is supposed to emphasize and insist that relations and keep tolerance and compromise to each other. Moreover, utilize of group psychological counseling techniques and group psychological counseling intervention of the dormitory interpersonal can also decrease the risks of conflicts. 其实很不全面啊 但是超字数了已经。。你先瞧瞧 需要删改的不要大意的提出哦~有问题的地方也请指出。还有啊。。你分给太高了 严重付出收获不成比例哎~
