再问： 60天的付款方式是很难搞定的。 我是这样回复客户的 for the payment terms. we accept "100% immediate payment with B/L copy at sight" . other we have much risk. we donnt like to take more risk for the first cooperate. 然后在报价单上：By irrevocable L/C at sight opened throught a bank acceptable to the seller,100% immediate payment with B/L copy at sight 这样操作可以吗？
再答： 除非客户对 "100% on sight B/L" 有不同的解释，否则双方意思应该都一致啊。 这句话 other we have much risk. we donnt like to take more risk for the first cooperate. 没什么必要，建议删除。如果说 We will gladly accept "100% immediate payment with B/L copy at sight" as initial payment term. 反而会让对方觉得舒心。 反正，正常L/C 流程本来就是由卖方提供各种单据复印件，正本文件都是透过银行在收款后释出，书面文字该怎么写都有规范的。 throught 是 through 之误，多了个t。
