Good afternoon,everyone.I feel very much honored to have a chance to make a speech here.My topic is The Difficulty of Hunting Jobs.
Nowadays,it is more and more difficult to find a job in cities.College graduates have received advanced education,but they are also worry about their jobs.It is well known that for most people in the world,work is necessary in order to survive.Without work they cannot support themselves and their families and college graduates are no exception.There are 1300 million people in China,and it causes the difficulty of hunting jobs directly.The large number of people leads to a rat race,so it’s difficult to find or fight for a job.Meanwhile,many people are likely to pursue too high a goal especially college graduates.They desire a high salary,good working conditions and so on,but obviously such works are limited and it seemed that most people can’t get their wish is predestined [pri(:)'destin].On the other hand,employers select their employees unthinkable strictly,however,they are not necessary to worry about employing nobody.
The large number of laid-off workers has become an important social problem.People need correct ideas of hunting jobs and the government needs to implement ['implimənt] new policies to help the unemployed.Solving the problem is favorable['feivərəbl] for promoting social development harmoniously[hɑ:'məunjəs].
