>We have finalized the P.O spec regarding Inline ADI system and verified the all of spec items.As we expected,we were facing a lot of unfavorable items since NCB and other competitors always make issue the description of Optical resolutions and H/W specification such as stage speed and other things.The spec sheet is well organized as for the Orbotech spec and there is no issues regarding each spec items.The finalized spec sheet is only for Orbotech and NCB,and other competitors can't be attended for the bidding process.Even if they can attend,there is no way to win the opportunity in terms of P.O spec issues according to Mr.Yoon who is Inline AOI decision maker.The biggest contribution is that we give a confidence of compact system to BOE-B4 customer and it means we can have more price competitive than the proposal of NCB and competitors.
>Regarding RIV+VC issues,it is more related to the total TACT issues.The proposal of competitors is to meet 40 RIV + VC within 55 sec and planned tact.However,the proposal of Orbotech is that we can't meet the 40 RIV + VC within planned tact.Definitely,we understand NCB have more room to adjust TACT since H/W spec is better than us (Stage and Number of Camera).Technically,BOE-B4 customer understands the advantage of fast RIV,but in reverse,our tact calculation is too tight and no adjustable room.It means the compact system proposal should be reconsidered.
