1. SERVICE OF NOTICES
Any notice required to be given hereunder shall be sufficiently given to the Distributor if forwarded by registered post, cable, telegraph or telefax to the last known address of the Distributor in the group as set out hereunder, and shall be sufficiently given to the Company if similarly forwarded to its last known address as set out hereunder. Every notice shall be deemed to have been received and given at the time when in the ordinary course of transmission it should have been delivered to the address at which it was sent.
