这个是have还是has?表示现完和过完分不清楚,他们都有对现在有影响的意思?请着重解释下……谢谢
说错了……have还是had

1.使用现在完成时,当然是have.
因为句子主语是you,为第二人称,所以助动词使用have；
只有当句子主语是第三人称单数时,现在完成时的助动词才使用has.
此题不使用过去完成时(had),因为上下句两个动作（put和left）其实是同一个动作.之所以后句使用一般过去时,是因为其有明显的过去时间状语when you were speaking to Mary.
2.现在完成时和过去完成时的区别很大,最大的区别就在于：
1）现在完成时强调对现在的影响或动作延续到现在,而过去完成时则强调动作在另一个过去发生的动作/时刻之前发生（即“过去的过去”）,或动作延续到过去发生的某一个动作/时刻为止.
2）用物理学的观点来看,现在完成时的动作参照物为现在,而过去完成时的动作参照物为过去.
如：I‘ve lost my book.I can't find it.（强调对现在的影响,即“找不到了”）
I've lived here for 5 years.（强调live该动作一直延续到现在）
I had finished my homework before I went to bed last night.（finish动作发生在went to bed之前）
