,the amount of people doesnt mean the amount of power.like some groups,long and short terms that i participated in,there were people eat more by letting others eat less,you know what i mean?draculas.and there are people of less power to give too.they may have the will to do something for all,but the result is the more or less as the first ones.so picking teammates is really more important than picking enemy.as a leader,you have to constantly look inside the group,there may be threat behind your men.
2,do not judge too fast.some scold you,some smile at you,some look so kind that you want to tell all your funny stories to them and take them as your friend,then you are wrong.there needs a panetration through their masks.patience is a good friend and a good teacher who has the truth to say only after you wait enough time.
