As you remember,the yard was very dirty.Well,we’ve already cleaned it up,and we’ve cut the grass but we haven’t thrown out all the trash yet.When we bought the house,it was an ugly pink color.Well,we’ve already painted all the outside walls and we’ve also painted most of the rooms.We haven’t painted the bedrooms yet.I want to paint my bedroom blue.You remember I told you that there was a broken door and a broken window?Well,we’ve already fixed them but we haven’t put new locks on all the doors.The house also had some problems with the pipes in the bathrooms and in the kitchen.We’ve already repaired the pipes in the kitchen and the upstairs bathroom – a guy came to do the work last week – but we haven’t fixed the problem with the downstairs bathroom yet.
So,as you can see,we are making progress,little by little!The main thing that is missing is furniture.We haven’t bought any furniture yet and so there is nowhere to sit!We hope you can come and visit us when the house is ready.
