会计环境指会计周围所处的各种条件与状况.在会计环境的各种因素中,有些是主要的因素,有些是次要的因素,从各种因素对会计发展的影响来分析,主要的环境因素是政治环境因素、法律环境因素、经济环境因素、科技环境因素和管理环境因素.本文除了分析会计环境的重要性及会计环境与会计发展的互动关系外,旨在结合我国当前会计环境的现状及存在的问题,设计改善会计环境建设的目标,并提出改善我国会计环境的措施及重要途径.

Accounting environment refers to accounting in the various around conditions and situations.In accounting environment of all kinds of factors,some are the main factors,some are secondary factors,from all kinds of factors on accounting development the influence of analysis,the main environmental factor is the political environment factors,legal environment factor,economic environment factors,science and technology,and environment factors and management environment factors.This paper analyzes the importance of environment besides accounting and accounting environment and the development of the interactive relationship between outside,according to our country's current accounting environment to the current situation and existing problems of,improve accounting environment construction design goal,and puts forward the measures to improve our accounting environment and important way.
