I am told he does it 这句里的am told 为什么不写成hava told?am told 不是被动时态吗?有没什么公式之类的啊?

整句话来看,前句表示John正在漆自己的房子.现在进行时.表示现在的一个状态.与此相适应的,后句也应一种表示现在状态的时态,那就是现在时（被动说现语态）.所以后句不能用have been told.
其公式即是前后句时态应一致,表示同一个状态.
不知清楚没有.
