CLAUSE 1 - DEFINITIONS
1.1 Affiliates » shall mean :
For RENAULT,any RENAULT’s affiliates in which RENAULT s.a.s.and/or RENAULT SA hold at least,directly or indirectly,an interest percentage of fifty percent (50%) of the capital,as well as NISSAN MOTOR company ;
1.2 « Disclosing Party » in relation to confidential information means such of the Parties as shall be the giver of confidential information to the Receiving party such as an employee of the Receiving Party.
CLAUSE 1 - DEFINITIONS
1.1 « Affiliates » shall mean :
For RENAULT,any RENAULT’s affiliates in which RENAULT s.a.s.and/or RENAULT SA hold at least,directly or indirectly,an interest percentage of fifty percent (50%) of the capital,as well as NISSAN MOTOR company ;
1.2 « Disclosing Party » in relation to confidential information means such of the Parties as shall be the giver of confidential information to the Receiving party such as an employee of the Receiving Party.
1.3 « Receiving Party » in relation to confidential information means such of the Parties as shall be in receipt of such confidential information from the Disclosing party such as an employee of the Disclosing Party.
CLAUSE 2 - CONFIDENTIALITY
2.1 The Receiving Party undertakes to maintain strictly confidential and not to disclose or pass on to any third parties,by any means whatsoever the documents,processes,formulae,samples,data,drawings,designs,know-how,software,technology,trade secrets and inventions,prototypes and tools,as well as all quality control,marketing,financial or business information (all of which are hereinafter referred to jointly as « Information »),which will be provided to it by the Disclosing Party or to which the Receiving Party will have access in connection with the performance of this Agreement.
