CHEVRON PHILLIPS CHEMICAL INTERNATIONAL INC.(CPCII-HK)will accept a letter of credit(“LC”)only if it is lssued as follows:
1．Type of LC:An irrevocable credit with text stating that it is to be governed by The Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary credits,1993 revision,ICC Publication No.500.

2．Issuing Bank:As approved by CPChem;otherwise the LC must be confirmed by a band m Hong Kong approved by CPChem.For confirmation bank’s charges,they are for ther account of applicant.
3．Advising Bank:Plese issue LC in SWIFT MT700 Fomat and advise this DIRECTLY to:BOFAHKHX (BANK OF AMERICA,N.A.HONG KONG)
OR Any Corresponding Bank in Hong Kong
4．Negotiating Bank:no restriction/Freely Negotiable
5．Beneficiary:CHEVRON PHILLIPS CHEMICAL INTERNATIONAL INC.
ROOM 2001,3 LOCKHART ROAD
WANCHA,HONG KONG
6.Date of recerpt of LC from Advising Bank:At least 2 weeks before vessel arrival
7.Exprry Date of LC:At least 30 days after the latest date of shipment.
8.Latest Date for Presentation of documents:At least 30 days after date of shtpment.
9.Place of Presentation:At ther coumter of the negotiating bank,Hong Kong
10.Description of Goods:As advised in Sales Contract
11.Country of Origin:U.S.A.
12.Port of Loading ANY PORT OF USA
13.Port of Diseharge:As shown in the Sale Contract
14.Partial Shipnet:Allowed
15.Transhipment:Allowed
16.Payment & reimbursement Instructions:Negotiating or other nominated bank is authorised to claim paynet or reimbursement by telegraphic transfer from a bank in the host country of the currency of payment.
17.Bank Charge:
a)Sigthe L/C:Bank charges outside the L/C applicant’s country except for confirmation bank’x charges are for the beneficiayr’s account.
b)Usance(term)L/C:Bank charges outside the L/C applicant’s country except for acceptance and confirmation bank’s charges are for the beneficiary’s account.
18.Additional Clause:Third party shipper Documents except Draft and Iuvoice are acceptable.
Shipping Documents issued prior to L/C issuing date are acceptable.
Tolerauce of 5%+/- for Quantity & credit Amount
19.Other Terms:All other terms and conditions,if any,are subuect to CPCII-HK’s acceptance.
Shipping Mark will not be provided.
