plenty of,“大量的,充裕的”,用来修饰可数名词和不可数名词,
用法同a lot of / lots of.例：
There are plenty of eggs in the market.
市场上有很多鸡蛋.
I need plenty of time to finish the work.
我需要很多时间来完成这项工作.
most of 大部分的
1.most of后跟人称代词时,应用复数形式的人称代词宾格.如：
Most of them are going off to Guangzhou next week.他们中的多数人都准备下星期去广州.
2.most of后接表示时间的名词时,在句中可作状语,修饰谓语动词.如：
Most of the time we eat fish.绝大部分时间我们都吃鱼肉
