论文摘要

At the end of Qing Dynasty, Dynasty under the dual pressures of domestic trouble and foreign invasion of the ruling foundation crumble. Especially in 1840, the Opium War, foreign capitalist powers to force open the closed door, and then through such as "Nanjing treaty", "Treaty of Shimonoseki", "Xin Chou treaty" and a series of unequal treaties to grab the China administrative, judicial, economic power, China reduced to a semi colonial and semi feudal society. Accompanied by serious foreign invasion, the domestic reform, revolution is more and more fierce, the emerging bourgeoisie reform, revolution, the struggle against the people of all ethnic groups spontaneously, so the rule of the Qing Dynasty gradually misty rain, in order to maintain its rule, the feudal rulers were forced to carry out a top-down reform of law activities. This paper will be based on the late Qing law activity background, content, effect, a carding system, in order to get a comprehensive understanding of and get some of our today's legal construction some enlightenment from it.
