Let's do exercise together

School works, jobs, and many of other things take too much time of us, some of us, like students or office staffs, have to stay indoor all day long and have little time for our body to get streched or exercised. As statistics show that most of us are in sub-health status, and our immunity to various diseases is getting weak. To overcome these problems, it seems that we have only one idea, to do more exercises and strenthen our body system; we must spend some of our time for the body exercises as we all clear that good health is the fundamental for our better performance.
Since 2008, when the Olympic Games was held in Beijing China, we feel that the people's consciousness of exercise become stronger than before under the appeal of the goverment. We gradually realized the importance of health and when look around the park in the morning we can find that there are more and more people go outdoor for jogging, Pingpang, rope skipping etc. People themselves felt the happiness and fitness acquired from exercises as well.
Our bodies are not like machines, we need long time of running. Only death could stop the running of life. Life is more exciting with more exercises, warmness and passion will flood in our heart when we watch a football game, and the most beautiful could only be found when a body is in exercise. Exercises sometimes even is a stage for people to show their wit and strength. So, as a song told, " Let's do exercises together" and also this is what I want to say here.
