9.Discharge and demurrage rates
Except as may be provided herein,laytime and demurrage shall be calculated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Charter Party of carrying vessel.The discharge and demurrage rates will be as per the Charter Party of the carrying vessel.
10.Acceptance
The Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Contract absent written notification to the contrary by telex or fax before the close of business on the first Chinese business day following receipt hereof.No terms in the Buyer's purchase order,acknowledgement form or other document which conflicts with the terms hereof shall be binding on the Seller unless accepted in writing by the Seller.

9.卸船和滞后费率
