这几个句子有没有涉及什么语法?有的句子结构不太懂,求教!
1.When u think about any organization,be it a family business or a multinational company,they r.
为什么有一个“be”?
2.There a lots of reasons but research has shown a lot of it comes down to personality.
为什么有“it”?
3.Well,it has to start from the very beginning when companies r looking for new employees.
结构有点不懂.
4.During times of change they should be thinking not only about the strain on their staff but take time out to think of themselvs.

为什么是should be thinking?
1,句子是倒装句式,前半句的when……作状语,而be it……你可以把它看做is it……使用倒装语气一般用作反问,强调,假设……
2,这个句子貌似本省就有点问题,前面的there a lots of ……这里有两个问题,there后面应该有个be动词的,这里应该用are,还有这个a lots of 要么a lot of 要么lots of,这与后面的 it,这个句子应该是某段话中的一句,而it 代指前问中的某种现象,a lot of it做comes……的主语而这a lot of it comes down to personality又做了shown的宾语,你在shown 后面加个that,可能句型就更清楚些了
3 这个句子中when后面接带的整个句子做了前面的状语,你可以把when后面句子单独挑出来,放在it has……的前面就更清楚些
4.这个句子should是应当,应该的意思,后面接be thinking我认为可以直接用thnk代替,不过这个形式也有可能是表示,在变化的时刻当时应该在做的事情,所以用be doing表示持续进行
